IHPA Work Program and Corporate Plan 2021–22
11 June 2021The Independent Hospital Pricing Authority Work Program and Corporate Plan 2021–22 has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of section 225 of the National Health Reform Act 2011 and section 35(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for the reporting periods 2021–22 to 2023–24.
National Efficient Cost Determination 2021–22
2 March 2021The Independent Hospital Pricing Authority (IHPA) is established under the National Health Reform Act 2011 (Cwlth) (the Act), and by virtue of section 131(1) of the Act is invested with the following functions relevant to this National Efficient Cost Determination 2021–22 (Determination):
IHPA Work Program 2018–19
26 June 2018As prescribed in Section 225 of the National Health Reform Act 2011 (the Act), the objectives of the IHPA Work Program are to:
- set out IHPA’s work program for the coming year; and
- invite interested persons (including states and territories) to make submissions to the Pricing Authority about the work program up to 30 days after publication.
An extract of Section 225 of the Act is attached at Appendix 1.
National Efficient Cost Determination 2018-19
5 March 2018The Independent Hospital Pricing Authority (Pricing Authority) is established under the National Health Reform Act 2011 (Cth) (the Act), and by virtue of section 131(1) of the Act is invested with the following functions relevant to this 2018-19 National Efficient Cost Determination (Determination):
