IHPA Work Program and Corporate Plan 2021–22

The Independent Hospital Pricing Authority Work Program and Corporate Plan 2021–22 has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of section 225 of the National Health Reform Act 2011 and section 35(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for the reporting periods 2021–22 to 2023–24. 

Management of Confidential Jurisdictional Information Protocol

The Management of Confidential Jurisdictional Information Protocol outlines the limited and prescribed purpose for which the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority can collect and analyse confidential jurisdictional information and the processes and controls in place to prevent unauthorised access and disclosure to unauthorised parties.

IHPA Work Program 2020–21

As prescribed in Section 225 of the National Health Reform Act 2011, the objectives of the IHPA Work Program are to:

  • set out IHPA’s work program for the coming year; and
  • invite interested persons (including states and territories) to make submissions to the Pricing Authority about the Work Program up to 30 days after publication.

Management of Confidential Jurisdictional Information Protocol

The purpose of the Management of Confidential Jurisdictional Information Protocol is to advise jurisdictions of the processes and controls adopted by IHPA in managing confidential jurisdictional information as part of its rolling Three Year Data Plan.
